Premier Developers is a full service custom home builder and remodeler from concept to completed product.

Premier Developers was established in 2005.  The business is a partnership of Wilber Construction and Forand Builders.  Wilber Construction is owned and operated by Eric Wilber and has been in business since 1988.  Wilber Construction was primarily a construction builder of new homes and commercial buildings.  Forand Builders is owned by Dave Forand and has been in business since 1979.  Forand Builders was primarily a remodeling company specializing in kitchen and baths.  Together they joined partnerships to offer a more in depth company enabling them to offer their expertise; whether it be new construction of homes, commercial or remodeling.

Premier Developers is a full faceted company offering a full spectrum of construction.  Including, but not limited to, residential and commercial design, interior decorating, site demolition, site work, masonry, framing, siding, roofing, windows, commercial doors, an commercial bathroom fit-outs.  We also offer tiling, flooring, trim, decks, porches, sun rooms and additions.
